The Rodigari/Cusini family welcomes you to Livigno, a beautiful town famous for being a pleasant vacation spot during the summer and winter months, where you can relax, enjoy the outdoors and practice your favourite sport.<br /><br /> Casa Lorenza and Casa Ottavio in Livigno both have simple Apartments that come with all necessary comforts for a pleasant stay in Livigno. The facilities, located in two different areas filled with vegetation, are sunny and not far from the town centre and make their Guests feel right at home in a cozy environment.<br /><br /> We would be only too happy to welcome you as our Guest, but in the meantime have a wonderful time in Livigno!
Casa Ottavio
Casa Ottavio is located in via Saroch n. 724, only 50 meters away from the Sciovia Doss and Seggiovia S. Rocco skiing facilities that take to the Carosello 3000 Ski Area. There are various stores, restaurants, pubs and ski rental stores close to the apartments.<br /><br /> Within walking distance from the apartments there is a cross-country skiing track that crosses the entire town and in the summer becomes a bicycle/pedestrian track.<br /> A free shuttle-bus service stop is located only 50 meters away from Casa Ottavio.

Casa Lorenza, located in via Campacc 203, in a sunny area, is the ideal place where to spend any kind of vacation: a sporty one, with your family or with your friends. It's also a great place for nature lovers and for those who just want to relax.<br /><br /> A short distance away from the apartment you will find wonderful Val Federia, filled with rare beauties: flora and fauna such as pine woods and wild animals such as ibex, deers and roebucks.<br /><br /> Casa Lorenza in Livigno is only 400 metres away from the skiing facilities that connect to the Costa del Sol Ski Area and Carosello 3000. Livigno's pedestrian area is only ten minutes away from the facility. From the facility you can easily reach the cross-country skiing tracks and the bus station is only a few meters away from the house.
